We build powerful AI systems for healthcare. But at the end of the day, we build solutions from people for people.

People before profit.

We don't make decisions based solely on financial metrics. A partnership is only valuable to us if the human foundation is right: Respectful interaction, mutual trust and integrity come first.

If we're not convinced, we'd rather pass on a project. Because we believe: when the relationship is right, business success follows naturally. Our greater goal is to connect technical innovation with social change – and make business relationships less transactional and truly human again.

If you can't rely on that, everything else is worthless. We take responsibility – especially when things get difficult.

We use such situations to build trust rather than lose it. We don't back down – we make proposals. Honest, direct and solution-oriented. We don't hide behind complex contracts; we stand by our commitments.

Artificial intelligence is not a short-term trend or a hype I jumped on for marketing reasons. It is a scientific discipline.

With a solid academic background in Artificial Intelligence, I know the mathematical, algorithmic and architectural foundations of these models in detail. I understand not only how to use them, but why they work the way they do.

I firmly believe: the immense potential of LLMs and voice agents can only be used safely in sensitive healthcare settings if you know exactly what's happening "under the hood". My personal standard at voran ai is to design highly complex systems so that they work absolutely reliably, GDPR-compliantly and seamlessly in your daily practice.

Alongside first-class AI architecture and practice automation, we have one very personal mission: to actively help ensure that the last medical fax machine in Germany can finally be ceremonially carried to a museum.
