Medical Software Consultant
You are the link between our AI and medical practices. You conduct needs analyses, lead onboardings, and help practices digitalise their workflows.
Your responsibilities
- Advise medical practices on our AI solutions and analyse their processes for automation potential.
- Guide the entire onboarding process – from technical setup to training the practice team.
- Serve as the primary contact for existing customers, build long-term relationships, and identify upselling potential.
- Provide structured field feedback to the product team to help develop our solutions further.
- Represent voran ai at trade fairs, medical congresses, and online demos.
Your profile
- Experience in B2B sales or consulting, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or medical technology.
- You understand medical workflows and can explain complex technical topics in simple terms.
- Strong communication skills and empathy for the concerns and needs of doctors.
- Independent, structured working style with autonomous time management.
- Willingness to travel for occasional on-site visits to medical practices.
